Our Newest Campus: “Uptown”
In our ongoing commitment to expand the presence of the Kingdom in this region and bridge diverse communities and cultures, an existing church, Living Water Christian Center was identified as a new ministry partner. For two years we celebrated unity in the Body of Christ through united worship services, joint community outreach efforts, prayer, and fellowship which charted the pathway to God’s divine plan for a third campus. In May of this year, Living Water relaunched as the Uptown Campus of River City Church. We are thrilled to be part of the River City family!
Meet the Campus Pastors
Pastors A.J. and Earlye Julien are childhood sweethearts who have a strong passion and love for God, each other, and God’s people. Each have served in the Body of Christ since they were teenagers and possess over 20 years of servant leadership in diverse areas of ministry and community service. They are the founding Pastors of Living Water which was originally located in Rock Island, IL. Under their leadership, the church acquired and began the renovation process of the building at their current location at 1401 16th Street in Moline.
“Our hearts desire is to build a thriving church that mobilizes individuals and families to live out the eternal truths of God’s Word in their everyday lives. We view the Uptown Neighborhood as a significant opportunity for ministry and outreach. We are excited about the future and look forward to a great move of God in this community.
